Terms of Entry

  1. Selection Before Payment
    Payment does not create access—alignment does, and I work only with leaders whose pace, intent and clarity match the level required.

  2. Monthly Retainer
    The retainer is $2,500 USD per month (25,000 NOK in Scandinavia) and includes 2–3 high-bandwidth 1:1 sessions plus direct strategic access for decision-critical moments only.

  3. Zero-Noise Standard
    You show up with precision, honesty and accountability; politics, excuses or emotional turbulence end the engagement immediately.

  4. Time Integrity
    One reschedule per month is acceptable, but repeated cancellations or scheduling friction terminate the agreement on the spot.

  5. Confidentiality as Structure
    Everything shared remains fully protected—no exceptions, no dilution, no loopholes.

  6. Immediate Exit Clause
    If the work no longer serves clarity for either of us, it ends instantly, with no long-term contracts and payment limited to the current month.

  7. High-Standard Client Criteria
    This work is for leaders who move fast, think clean and execute without emotional distortion; if you require validation, processing or reassurance, this is not the right container.

  8. Strategic Access Only
    You have direct access for decisions that matter—not ongoing commentary, emotional dumping or noise.

  9. Integrity Above Everything
    If your behaviour, clarity or execution drops below the required standard, the engagement ends immediately and without negotiation.
